Amid a worrying increase of Coronavirus test positive cases in Victoria which is sparking fears of a second wave the State Premier, Daniel Andrews announced last week that a targeted testing blitz would be launched yesterday (26 June) across ten targeted suburbs to zero in on community transmission.
